Each tablet of Ponatigen 45mg contains Ponatinib Hydrochloride INN equivalent to Ponatinib 45mg. Ponatinib is a kinase inhibitor. Ponatigen 45mg is manufactured by General Pharmaceuticals LTD. Each box of Ponatigen 45mg contains 30 tablets.
Dosage:
Recommended dosage of Ponatigen 45 mg is one tablet orally once daily, with or without food, until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity. It should be taken at the same time each day. Whole capsule should be swallowed with water and the capsule should not be chewed or crushed. Or, as directed by the registered physician.

Storage:
Ponatigen 45mg should be stored below 30°C in a dry and clean place, away from sunlight and out of the reach of children.
