LuciRip 50 mg (Ripretinib)

INDICATION:

LuciRip is a kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of adult patients with advanced gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) who have received prior treatment with 3 or more kinase inhibitors, including imatinib.

DOSAGE AND USE:

Recommended Dosage:

150 mg orally once daily with or without food.

Tablets should be swallowed whole and should not be crushed, chewed, or split.

Continue treatment until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity occurs.

If a dose is missed:

• If less than 8 hours, take the missed dose as soon as possible.
• If more than 8 hours, skip the missed dose and continue the regular schedule.

STORAGE:

Store at 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F).

Excursions permitted to 15°C to 30°C (59°F to 86°F).

Keep medicine out of reach of children.
