Each film coated tablet of Lorlagen 100mg contains Lorlatinib INN 100mg. Lorlatinib is an orally available ATP competitive inhibitor of the receptor tyrosine kinases. General Pharmaceuticals LTD is the manufacturer of Lorlagen 100mg. Each box of Lorlagen 100mg contains 30 tablets.
Dosage:
The recommended dosage of Lorlagen 100 mg is one tablet orally once daily, with or without food, until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity. It should be taken at the same time each day. Whole capsule should be swallowed with water and the capsule should not be chewed or crushed. Or, as directed by the registered physician.
