Indications:
- Non-metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (nmCRPC): Used for men with prostate cancer that has not spread to other parts of the body and no longer responds to medical or surgical castration.
- Metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer: Used in combination with docetaxel for prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of the body and still responds to hormone therapy.
Medication:
- Administration: Tablets should be swallowed whole.
- With Food: It is recommended to take the medication with food.
- Concurrent Therapy: This medication is used in combination with a gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) analog or following a bilateral orchidectomy (surgical removal of the testicles)
