50 mg (Ripretinib)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INDICATION:<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">LuciRip is a kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of adult patients with advanced gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) who have received prior treatment with 3 or more kinase inhibitors, including imatinib.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DOSAGE AND USE:<\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recommended Dosage:<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">150 mg orally once daily with or without food.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tablets should be swallowed whole and should not be crushed, chewed, or split.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Continue treatment until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity occurs.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If a dose is missed:<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If less than 8 hours, take the missed dose as soon as possible.<\/li>\n<li>If more than 8 hours, skip the missed dose and continue the regular schedule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">STORAGE:<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Store at 20\u00b0C to 25\u00b0C (68\u00b0F to 77\u00b0F).<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Excursions permitted to 15\u00b0C to 30\u00b0C (59\u00b0F to 86\u00b0F).<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Keep medicine out of reach of
