{"id":100,"date":"2026-07-06T14:58:57","date_gmt":"2026-07-06T14:58:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dcenbd.com\/?post_type=product&#038;p=100"},"modified":"2026-07-28T16:30:57","modified_gmt":"2026-07-28T16:30:57","slug":"rutinib-cream-ruxolitinib","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/dcenbd.com\/index.php\/product\/rutinib-cream-ruxolitinib\/","title":{"rendered":"Rutinib Cream (Ruxolitinib)"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"indications\">\n<h3 class=\"ac-header\">Indication:<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ac-body\">\n<div class=\"min-str-block\">\n<div class=\"full-str\">Rutinib is a Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor, which is indicated for atopic dermatitis and vitiligo.<\/div>\n<div><strong>Vitiligo<\/strong>: Rutinib cream is used in the topical treatment of nonsegmental vitiligo in adult and pediatric patients 12 years of age and older.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"text-sm font-semibold text-brand-dark bg-[lab(85_-0.2_-2.86)] px-3 py-2 mb-3 rounded\">Action:<\/h2>\n<div class=\"text-sm font-normal text-brand-gray product-html-content\">Rutinib 1.5% , a kinase inhibitor, inhibits Janus Associated Kinases (JAKs) JAK1 and JAK2 which mediate the signaling of a number of cytokines and growth factors that are important for hematopoiesis and immune function. JAK signaling involves recruitment of STATs (signal transducers and activators of transcription) to cytokine receptors, activation and subsequent localization of STATs to the nucleus leading to modulation of gene expression. Myelofibrosis (MF) is a myeloproliferative neoplasm (MPN) known to be associated with dysregulated JAK1 and JAK2 signaling. Oral administration of Rutinib 1.5% prevented splenomegaly, preferentially decreased JAK2V617F mutant cells in the spleen and decreased circulating inflammatory cytokines (eg, TNF-\u03b1, IL-6).Absorption: Rutinib 1.5% is rapidly absorbed after oral Rutinib 1.5% administration with maximal plasma concentration (Cmax) achieved within 1 to 2 hours post-dose. Oral absorption of Rutinib 1.5% was estimated to be at least 95%. Distribution: The mean volume of distribution of Rutinib 1.5% at steady-state is 72 L in patient with MF and PV in myelofibrosis patients.Half-life: the mean half-life of Rutinib 1.5%\u00a0 &amp; metabolites is approximately 5.8 hours. Elimination half-life: The mean elimination half-life of Rutinib 1.5%\u00a0 is approximately 3 hours AUC: Mean Rutinib 1.5% Cmax and total exposure (AUC) increased proportionally over a single dose range of 5 to 200 mg.The plasma protein binding: 97%, mostly to albumin. Metabolism: Rutinib 1.5% is metabolized by CYP3A4 and to a lesser extent by CYP2C9.Excretion: Following a single oral dose of radio labeled Rutinib 1.5% in healthy adult subjects, elimination was predominately through metabolism with 74% of radioactivity excreted in urine and 22% excretion via feces. Unchanged drug accounted for less than 1% of the excreted total radioactivity.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Absorption<\/strong>:<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Plasma concentrations of Ruxolitinib were quantifiable in all subjects. There is no evidence of Ruxolitinib accumulation after daily application of Ruxolitinib for 28 days in subjects with atopic dermatitis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Distribution<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Plasma protein binding is approximately 97%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elimination<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>The mean terminal half-life of Ruxolitinib following topical application of Ruxolitinib is approximately 116 hours.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Metabolism<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Ruxolitinib is primarily metabolized by CYP3A4 and to a lesser extent by CYP2C9 in vitro.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Excretion<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>Ruxolitinib and its metabolites are primarily excreted by urine (74%) and feces (22%). Less than 1% is excreted as unchanged drug.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Recommended Dosage for Nonseg-mental Vitiligo<\/strong>:<\/div>\n<div>Patients should apply a thin layer of Ruxolitinib twice daily to affected areas of up to 10% body surface area. Satisfactory patient response may require treatment with Ruxolitinib for more than 24 weeks. If the patient does not find the repigmentation meaningful by 24 weeks, the patient should be re-evaluated by registered doctor.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Administration Instruction<\/strong>:<\/div>\n<div>Ruxolitinib cream should not use more than 60 gram per week or 100 gram per 2 weeks. It is for topical use only. It is not for intraocular, oral, or intravaginal use.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div id=\"side_effects\">\n<h3 class=\"ac-header\">Side Effects:<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ac-body\">In atopic dermatitis, the most common side effects are nasopharyngitis, diarrhea, bronchitis, ear infection, eosinophil count increased, urticaria, folliculitis, tonsillitis, and rhinorrhea.<br \/>\nIn nonsegmental vitiligo, the most common side effects are application site acne, application site pruritus, nasopharyngitis, headache, urinary tract infection, application site erythema, and pyrexia.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<h1 class=\"page-heading-1-l brand\">Rutinib\u00a0<small class=\"h1-subtitle\" title=\"Dosage Form\">Cream by Drug International Ltd.<\/small><\/h1>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ruxolitinib, a Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor, inhibits JAK1 and JAK2 which mediate the signaling of a number of cytokines and growth factors that are important for hematopoiesis and immune function.
