About Ibruxen 140 mg (Ibrutinib)
This medication is not for use in patients who have not already completed at least one other course of treatment. It is recommended that those who have been diagnosed with mantle cell lymphoma take this medication (MCL). This medication is manufactured and distributed by Everest Pharmaceuticals Ltd.
Dose:
It is recommended that the medication be administered once daily, at approximately the same time every day. Ibrutix 140 mg Capsules should be taken orally with a full glass of water at the time of administration. You shouldn’t chew on the capsules, break them open, or open them at all.
Side Effects:
- Platelets decreasing
- Neutrophils decreasing
- Diarrhoea
- URI infection
- Haemoglobin decreasing
- Musculoskeletal pain
- Increasing serum creatinine
Storage:
Ibrutix 140 mg should be kept at room temperature, which is defined as being between 68 and 77 degrees Fahrenheit (20 and 25oC). Ibrutix 140 mg ought to be kept in the exact same container it came in with the cap securely fastened.
